I have the task of finding why different workstations ethernet adapter card becomes disabled. We have tried searching the Symantec & Windows logs for clues they were the problem, updating the system BIOS & ethernet adapter driver & Symantec version to latest, performed security scan on workstation, used different versions of Windows 10 (1803 _ 1901, 1703) but we still are getting some workstations ethernet card becoming disabled.
