eudora mail

I have recently got a new client, where the company uses eudora version 4. The setup they have (which doesn't work) is that any mail that comes in addressed to X@company.com then goes off into the individual mailboxes of the users there. All clientsare configured to receive the mail but filters are set to forward the mail to the other users who have not read the mail. So, if joe@company.com is the first to get the mail, what they want is all the mail addressed to sue@company.com and bob@company.com gets forwarded to them. As it stands now, joe@company retains the mail on his box and that is it.
Any ideas?

Check under Tools\Options\Incoming Mail that the "Leave mail on server" is checked and that "remove from server" is set to 3-4 days.

I checked that and mail is left on server. I am still thinking they have the mail filters set wrong and that it is not forwarding mail correctly. Thanks though...I will try a new approach.
