EVENT ID 1001

Ever since I download Security Patch KB842773 Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Secure (BITS 2.0 and WIN HTTP 5.1) I have been receiving a blue screen when rebooting?

Here is the whole message in the System Event Log.

The Computer has rebooted from a bug check the bugcheck was 0x000000D1(0x00000002,0x00000009,0x00000000,0xF6421951)
Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195] A Dump was saved in C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP. I looked in the directory and sure enough I do have a 2GB memory dump.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you try running WinDBG to debug the .DMP file? Doing that will tell you what is happening and why.

To be honest, since you have the crash dump file, debugging it yourself is gonna tell you way more than anyone on a website is gonna be able to do!
