Event ID: 2089 and promote a Server 2003 SP2

I have SBS Server2003 R2 SP2 that I recently installed as the only DC in a forest of 3 servers. The other 2 servers are W2K SP4 and Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2.

I started to get the error code last week and it comes up everyday. How can I resolve this problem. I would also like to promote my Server 2003 SP2 to be a DC with my existing DC SBS Server2003 R2, SP2. But everytime I try to Dcpromo the Server2003 I get these event id’s: 1153, 13565, 13508 and 13565. And in my SBS2003 I get this event id: 2089.
