Event ID 213 – Whats the best solution?

Im running a micros server on the network that keeps throwing up Event ID 213

“Replication of license information failed because the License Logging Service on server could not be contacted.”

Is the best solution to “net stop licenseservice” on this server, the domain controller or both?

Is there another solution?

On a side note I can ping the domain controller from the micros server
