Ok I’ve tried to look this error up, can’t seems to figure out what the perform 0x0 libary is or why it is unable to load. This is a fresh install of 2000 Server with Oracle loaded on. This error occurs every time it reboots. This error seems to go back to when I first installed 2000 before I installed Oracle.
