Event Viewer Error Message

I am using WIN2000 Pro home-networked with a router with IE 6.0.

In the Event Viewer/System, I am receiving Event ID: 10005 each time I go to a website:

DCOM got error “The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. ” attempting to start the service MDM with arguments “” in order to run the server:
{0C0A3666-30C9-11D0-8F20-00805F2CD064}

I do not have a server.

How can I find a means to remove this error in the Event Viewer? The two other WIN2000 boxes do not show this error message. I can list my Services if they are required.
