There is a way when doing a spreadsheet that instead of clicking on each cell or using the arrow keys to maneuver. You can hit the enter key and it will automatically go to the cell that you have set up. I am pretty sure it is under customize but how you do it I can not figure out. For instance if you have information you want to only put in Column A & B instead of using the mouse or arrow keys you just hit enter and it goes to the next cell but only in A or B all the way down your spreadsheet.

If you highlight/select all of the cells that you are going to use, each time you hit enter Excel will go to the next cell and then return to the first cell after the last entry.
Another way (probably not what you want) is to unprotect the entry cells and then apply protection. Now the tab key will take you to each unprotected cell.

If you select cells in A and B while holding down the Ctrl key, and keep doing that down the column, Excel will jump back and forth down the column when the Enter key is struck.
