Excel 2000 will not open a shared workbook

I have a user who can not open an Excel file now. She was able to open it untill about 2 days ago. I’ve done a detect and reapir and still no dice. the file is a shared file on a network, other people can open it fine, and i can open it from her PC with my login. Any ideas?
