Excel 2003 SP2 randomly scrolls

Greetings-

I have MS Excel 2003 and randomly it will just scroll down to approx cell 14000. This only happens in Excel and I am not even touching the mouse when it happens. I can get back to the top but then the screen just seems to shake slightly. This issue is driving me nuts. Any ideas?
