Excel 2003 with email

I have a spread sheet and want to use a macro or VBA programming to have Excel send an email to each record in this listed database when certain fields change. It's an application for services and I want to notify the applicant when each piece comes in. How can I do this?

There is a SendMail method for the ActiveWorkbook object.

Take a look into that. It's really simple.
