Hi guys...

Actually, I made a price list in (excel format) month ago for my inventory goods and i want to the increase the price by one dollar .as the list is too long i don't want to add 1 dollar in every cell in price list column. Are there any way , if the whole price changes in one single step?

Need advice!

1. Create a new column to the right of your price column.
2. Create a formula to add 1 to the price column.
3. Fill the formula down to the bottom of the list.
4. Select your new column and copy to the clipboard.
5. Select the original column and select paste special.
6. Select the option to paste values.
7. Remove the calculated column.

Filling the formula is done by pulling down on the little black dot in the lower right corner of the active caell border.
Here's another way to do it.
type 1 in a cell and copy it.
Select all of the prices that you want to increment.(Use Ctrl to select discontinous cells. Or select the first cell and then scroll down to the last cell, hold down the shift key and select the final cell)
Go to Edit>Paste Special and choose Add in the Operation section.
