Excel

Hi.
Please help me out with this one
One of our employee sent a Excel work book through attachment.( Office 97). When some one opned and try to pring it shows 4 pages. Not all the pc’s. It will open with excel 2000 fine. But it opnes wiht 4 pages. I tried all the possible things but it did not help. How can I fix this issue.
If i am not cleared let me know.
