i have a text file that i have been converting
to an excel file, i download a new text file
daily so that now i have 2 different workbooks that look like this:

Problems:1) i have 3 columns with 6000-8000 rows
2) i need to determine from each day to
the next which item numbers have
been DELETED;#133682 ADDED;#136222
and if any pricing changes occured;
#133683(increase),#134510(decrease)
is there a program that i can run to do this that puts the desired results in a managable
form?
i’m an excell newbie. should i be using excel at all?
i’m very open to any and all suggestions you might have.
