excel copy sheet error 53 file not found

I have a Excel workbook created in excel 2003 that contains lots of linked cells. when I try to make a copy of one of the sheets using ‘move or copy – created copy’ command on the page tab, I got ‘file not found’ error massage, looking for some tamperaty files that everytime the name is different. The help button leads me to a error-53 which seems to have nothing to do with this problem. I looked up the temp file in the temp folder, and found that the file did exist but with size zero.

The same problem happens on every computer I run with this file.

further test show that this message started when I recorded a macro in this file, or created a command button on the page. Very intersting. Cleanign the macro code and removing the command button did not help.

I hope there is a fix for this.
