All numbers in income stmt to reflect all numbers as positive numbers if they are their natural sign (i.e. in accounting revenue amounts are normally credit balances. These revenue amounts need to have a positive sign, unless for some reason they are debit balance and then they should have a credit sign. Same on expense side of income stmt. As expenses natural balance is a debit, the sign needs to be positive for each unless the expense is a credit, in which case, the sign should be credit. Toaccomplish this, right now we multiply the Revenue side of income stmt by -1 and leave the expense side of balance sheet alone. But then we have to fix signs of the subtotals (these are amounts in downloaded info not formulas), or put in new formulas that take into account the changed signs.
