Do you mean converting 2/24/2022 to February 24, 2022 as an example? Need more information to offer advice.

To show it with letters on the screen, is not a formula, it’s a format.
Like it’s not a formula, but a format, to show a floating point number with 1 or with 7 decimals.

In fact, a date or date/time in Excel is just a number. Right now, when I write this, the date/time is approximately 44,616.632204

You’re asking for something that doesn’t exist.

That makes it clear. Then you have to write your own function in Excel. Input is the date (an integer if only a date, not the time also). Output is a string consisting of lower case letters.

Don’t forget to write the reverse function also.

Google tells more about writing your own function: google for EXCEL CREATE CUSTOM FUNCTION

You might need some basic knowledge of math and programming. Or money to pay someone to do it for you. Or a friend that does it for free.
