Excel - deleting names found in another file or spreadsheet

I have a mailing list in one excel file. I have a separate list -a different file - of people who DON'T want to receive mailings.

Can I have the Do Not mail list pull the names out of the mailing list so I don't have to do it manually.

Any help would be appreciated.

As in, how have you set up the mailing list?
Which mail client are you using?
How many people need to use the mailing list?

I can set up the mailing list anyway I need to. Currently it is a CSV file that has standard mailing info: Names,addresses, city, state and zip

They are two separate files ("Mailing" and the "Do Not Mail" lists) but I can put them both into one file if needed.

I use Outlook 2007 for mailing...
but I want to delete the names from the excel file before I do the mail merge.

I am the only one using the mailing list.

I use MS Office 2007 Pro Edition. So I do have Access but have never used it.

Any help sure is appreciated.
