I have a user that is currently using a dell optiplex G1(PII 350) with Win95 as the OS. He is a power user of Office 2000. The problem that he is experianceing deals with header titles on certain excel files. The user has had to change the headertitle on certain excel files however, the change that was made is not recognized all the time, the header titles will revert back to the previous header title that he had. I have also noticed that when the header title is changed and is saved and if he goes to another file or does something else on the computer and comes back to the excel files that he made the header change to it will revert back to his previous header title. The proble is very inconsistant. If anyone knows how to help it certainly would be appreciated.
