I am using a spreadsheet in Excel 2003 and am trying to hyperlink to an image stored on the same machine. The problem I have is that Excel wants to use Internet Explorer to open the image and I want it to use Picture Manager. Its quite infuriating as the default program for JPEGS/GIFs etc IS Picture Manager. There is nowhere that gives me the option of decideing what program to use when opening this link
I can certainly understand WHY excel wants to use Internet Explorer to open a Hyperlink but surely there is a way to over ride this
BTW, I am using Vista
