Excel: Insert Page Break & bank lines

by doug_dallmer . Updated 19 years, 1 month ago

I have a table with 20,000 rows which is sorted by region and salesman.

With a standard IF statement I can flag when the region and salesman code change and enter a “PB” or “BL” into a cell when the first new row is found such as “IF(region10=region9,” “,”PB”).

But I manually have to go through the table and manually enter the page break.

How can I enter a code in the cell insead of PB to cause the printer to start a new page. In the olden days I used to program a CTRL/L. Can I insert a CTRL/L in a cell and cause the page break?
