I have a excel spreadsheet that is published to HTML as a report every day. When published, it publishes the full worksheet. I only need to print out a specific area on this worksheet. Can anyone provide an excel macro or script to print out a specific area of a worksheet when published to HTML.

Thanks for the tip but we have not looked at web query. We are trying to keep the amount of different software packages/addins to a minimum.
Do you have any more suggestions.

A web query is part of Excel.
From the Help file:
1. In your Web browser ,select the data you want to copy.
2. On the Edit menu, click Copy.
3. Switch to Microsoft Excel.
4. Click in the upper-left corner of the worksheet area where you want the copied data to appear.
5. On the Edit menu, click Paste.
6. If the data does not appear as you expect, click Paste Options and select one of the following options:
? Keep Source Formatting Makes no changes.
? Match Destination Formatting Matches the existing cell formatting.
? Create Refreshable Web Query Gives you the opportunity to create a query to the Web page you copied from. This gives you the opportunity to refresh the data should the Web page change later.

I have a question? How dynamic is the print area?I mean is the print area predefined or you need the user to be able to select it?
Please let me know and I can design further.
