Does anyone know how I can delete macros from a workbook in Excel 2000.

I have two files in which I created macros. However, I can't get to them to delete them. I've tried the TOOLS/MACROS command, but the macros are not displayed.

You should be able to do this from the VBA editor.

Open the editor: Tools -> Macro -> Visual Basic Editor

Open the Project Window by pressing Ctrl+R

You'll see a project for each workbook that is opened. Under each project are code modules- one for each sheet, one for "ThisWorkbook" and zero or more under Modules.

You can open each module to look for your macro. Double click to open.

If you have modules in the Modules group, look there first, otherwise try ThisWorkbook.

Whena module is open, you should be able to see any macro code that is in it. Once you see the code you're looking for, you can just delete it.

Hope this helps.
