Excel problems

I have a user on my domain that keeps having this problem with Excel. She opens a workbook from a shortcut and excel will hang and go unresponsive. It is only one specific file. No one else has this issue. I can log on with my credentials and it opens fine for me on her system. I have deleted her profile off the computer and rebuilt it. This worked for about two months and then back to the same problem. It hangs, she gets the “program is not responding end now” window and Excel is done trying to open that file.
Got any suggestions?
