excel related q's...

if i have an excel sheet in which n no. of columns are there.... and i only want to see few of them then what should we do???
do we need to set some formulae or what is the trick???

Sort and Filters ...

What you are looking for, is the Sort & Filters, under the Data Tab. The Help( F1 ) files of Excel will be the best explanation of these functions.

Basically these filters will hide all entries, that do not meet your filter( search ) criteria.
