Excel Sheet built-in in Word

I need some documents to draw tables. I know what Word can do this, but Excel is better!

I put Excel sheet into Word document. After some manipulations Word and Excel have a crash 🙁

All my data going down…
Sometimes Word converts Excel sheet to image (!!!).

PLZ, HELP!!!
