I have a win95 b build pc with office 97 SR1.
My user can open any of her network or local
excel files by using the file open function
from the application just fine. When she tries to open the file from a desktop shortcut,or by a double click on the file icon from Explorer this error is displayed,
“Cannot find the file [path and filename] or one of it’s components. Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available. Any clue where to look?
