One of our depts. , uses an excel spreadsheet on a daily basis. This spreadsheet uses formulas to tabulate certain data in certain fields. The sheet works fine, its printing them that the problem. At first the users couldn?t send batch print jobs toour 8000N network printer. They send 10 print job and get 4. Next the spreadsheets started shrinking on them. After every print job the spreadsheet would get smaller and smaller. The user would have to open up each sheet, resize the print size to normal, then print.
After that it would start shrinking. The sheet printed normal for about a month then this shrinking episode started. No new software has been installed, user are not tampering with the print size, print drivers are correct, what?s up. Please help
