Exception 0E: what do the numbers mean?

I have a PC running Windows 95 that is constantly getting blue screens with exception at 0E at 0028:CF620E3A (or 0028:CF5E1E3A).
I’ve tried researching Microsoft’s KB, but have found little on what the numbers mean.

Does anyone know where to find out what these alphanumeric codes mean?
