Exception error that I can’t figure out

Three networked PC’s, all at the end run of a building on far side of corporate campus, had new HP 4100N installed. Installed printer shared on Print Server NT 4.0 box in server room on other side of campus. Users trying to print receive followingerror:

An exception has occurred at 0028:C1579217 (NOTE: This number will vary) in VxD VNBT(01)+0000F447. This was called from 0028:C0079104 in VxD VREDIR(01)+00007334. It may be possible to continue normally.

Users connected via a 10mb blackbox line driver system installed via a CAT3 line running between buildings. THis goes into main hub in server room, and at site goes into 3Com 10 Office hub, with two devices (printers) and 7 network PC’s.
