Exception of "Division of Zero"

"Dvision by Zero" errors are normally caused by the program you are running.

In windows printing is done thru the windows printer driver. The printer driver puts it's spooler files in the temp folder.

Have him use Scandisk to make sure there are not lost clusters or other file errors.

Have him delete all the temp files he finds in the temp folder. In Win 9x they are in \windows\temp

In Win NT there are in \temp

If the problem still happens have him reload the printer driver.
