I need some help first with the ‘exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) at location 0x60139633. This seemed to lead to a problem with windows search indexing and then a repeating blue screen crash (stop-0x000000f4)Usually occurs when windows goes to screen saver for a few minutes, or I am installing/deinstalling a couple of programs I think may be related. (pinnacle media centre, windows search)
Im far from a guru with this stuff, can anyone help?
