Exchange 03′ Link personal Calendar to Public Calendar

Is there anyway to link 2 calendars together. Example.
If someone makes an entry on a “Public Vacation Folder” is there a way to reflect their entry they entered into the public folder to automatically enter into their own personal folder? This would allow for single entry.
