Exchange 2000

I have been asked by my boss to creat a account that receives every mail that comes into the domain. Any way to set up an account to receive every undeliverable mail incase someone typed something wrong? Also befor I went to exchange 2000, I had Exchange 5.5 and was able to open up users inboxes from my outlook. Is that still possible with exchange 2000?.
