Exchange 2000

I have just installed Exchange 2000 onto a Win2000 Server. Every things works but I can not get into any ones inbox, using outlook 2000 it comes back saying that the server is not responding and when I use the web browser it just sits there saying loading at the inbox part.

the thing is I can sent out going ones fine.

Can anyone help me please.
