I am kind of new to exchange 2000 and i know that in exchang 5.5 you could add external email addresses to the address book by adding them to the custom recipients folder.. i’ve browsed around in exchange 2000 and i still haven’t found the answer.. i know this is simple but could someone lend me their knowledge. thanx
