Exchange 2000 Dead letter address

I am looking for a way to set a default address to send unresolved e-mails for a domain to in Exchange 2000. This functionality existed in 5.5, but doesn’t seem to exist in 2000. I have found how to send NDRs to an administrator or forward unresolved addresses to an alternate host, but not how to just send all unresolved mail to an account.
does this not exist or am I just missing it?
