OK, So far I started out with a Exchange 5.5 server on Win 2k Server. I uninstalled the 5.5 and installed 2000. However, I did not do ForestPrep and now I have gotten to the point where I cannot add Storage Groups or Mailbox stores. Given this I cannot setup any of my users on the new software. Ive tried installing and re-installing with no help. When I try to install it with ForestPrep now it fails every time. Likewise, whenever I un-install it fails on uninstalling the Instant Messaging services. I have already followed Microsofts instructions for a manual uninstall with no luck. Anyone had this problem before, any suggestions??? Thanks!
