I have a user with a mailbox on an Exchange 2000 server who wish to have her messages forwarded to an external address.
How could I do this from the Exchange server.
I know how to achieve this using Out of Office assistant but that would involve visiting the user at a remote site or telephone support.
Any info would be of help.
