One of my users is reporting that she can read a message from our Exchange server and it will show the opened envelope icon, but when Outlook goes to check the mailbox again, the message will revert to a closed envelope Unread Message. This is apparently only happening at one office. They connect to our Exchange 2000 server from a Terminal Server session across a frame-relay network.
