Exchange 2000 – Open Other Folder

With Exchange 5.5 I could use Outlook to peer into another users Inbox, Calendar, Etc… Once more where has this functionality gone, is it because of the way that Exchange 2000 stores mail? (in folder format apposed to dbase style)
