Exchange 2000 Server

I had been installed the Exchange 2000 Server on my DC. After that, I found out the Internet Connetion is very busy. And then, the Server is hang down. I needed to restart the Server. I try to disable the Internet sharing. But it stills can not slowdown the connetion. What’s the matter with my Exchange Server. Please could you help me to solve this problem. Thanks a lot.
