Exchange 2000 Server compatibility

I’m looking to install Exchange 2000 Server in an Office 97/Office 2000 environment. What compatibility issues will I run into, mainly with Office 97 (corporate/workgroup)? Are there any issues with sharing contacts, calendars or any of the other features Exchange Server offers?
