exchange 2000 to exchange 2003

By dvansandt ·
I am attempting to "migrate" exchange 2000 to exchange 2003. My problem is that I find no specific information on steps to do this. I am attempting to retire an old server and wish to bring my ex2k mail information over to my ex2k3 server. Installation goes fine and most functionality is there. What does not work on mailboxes that I move to the new server is Outlook web access and shared calanders. I have searched and searched for a migration path instructions and am at a loss. Any help greatly appreciated.

II. Exchange 2003 Deployment guide including Upgrade/migration info.

Honestly though...I would never even begin project like this without having read all of this type of information first. Your making me nervous.

I have read this information and it still does not give me the information. This is not a migration per se as that is not how going from 2000 to 2003 works since they are both imbedded in active directory and pick up all settings from ad during the install. I am doing this in a test environment and am unable to get OWA to work when I follow the Microsoft practices for moving the mailboxes after installing exchange 2003. I am not going live with this only working out all the bugs prior to moving the real users mailboxes.
