Exchange 2003 and ISA Server 2006, clients can’t connect anymore

by edward.thefourth . Updated 18 years, 1 month ago

Hello Everybody, i am new on techrepublic, i decided to subscribe
cause i feel totally with a problem.
First of all, scuse for my poor english, i am french and i try to do my
best ! 🙂

Well,
I have a Small Business Server 2003 running Exchange 2003. I use the
POP3 Connector to grab mail and deliver it to the client computers.
Everything works well.

Because My client needs Web Outlook over internet, i also installed ISA
Server 2006 on the same server.
After some configurations, everything seems ok , BUT, clients can’t
connect anymore to the Exchange Server.

I can’t see the reason, my clients can ping the Server, and i have
follow the publishing rules of ISA Server concerning Mail Server and so
on…

Maybe i just need to open a port on my Server now, but don’t really
now which one and How…

Thanks in advance for your answer,

Regards,
