We’re running Exchange 2003 SP2, running on Windows 2003 SP2 servers, being backed up by HP Data Protector 5.5. Some of our admins in the past have tried to look into this, but since they’re no longer here I don’t know what they came up with, but since it’s not working, I’m gonna guess they didn’t come up with much. Basically, the .log files aren’t getting groomed, and they’re just eating up space like crazy. Any recommendations? (Also, switching backup apps isn’t really a possibility right now since we’re on a spending freeze, so we can’t go to Backup Exec or anything better).
