Exchange 2003/ Outlook 2003

I have a strange problem a user was created with the wrong e-mail address eg myspace.jungle-tt.com.com this was correted in the address profile to myspace.jungle-tt.com the user is able to send e-mails but receives mail off and on from the outside, internally she has no problem except when she is CC at times and does not get the mail, but on testing from hotmail or yahoo she gets it most of the time, also when you check her properties from the mail it sometimes comes up with the old e-mail and sometimes the good one.
