Exchange 2007 and embedded pdf attachments

by itadmin . Updated 18 years, 11 months ago

I have recently migrated my company’s email system from hosted (Sun I believe) to Exchange 2007. Since doing that our Dell scanner (MFP
1815DN) is no longer able to send emails with the attached PDF’s. I have
setup a receive connector to allow anonymous sender for this device only per
the page: http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/12/28/432013.aspx

The authentication works fine, but all the emails appear garbage and no atachement

Also when I send it through my spam firewall, it appears fine, until it hits Exchange. I have also pointed it back to my hosted smtp server and the emails work again.

Anyone have any ideas???
