Exchange 2007 UM - Can it answer and redirect a call for individual users?

Hi all,

We're currently reviewing our existing voicemail architecture and are leaning towards adding the Exchange 07 UM (existing Exchange 07 infrastructure). The existing voicemail system has the ability (and several users use it), for a 'redirect' by pressing a number on the phone. Another words you ring an extension, the recorded voicemail answers; "You've reached me, press 1 to leave a message, press 2 to be directed to my mobile".

The question is; is this possible in Exchange 07 UM considering only a select few users actually need it, everyone else only needs 'standard' voicemail.

I've looked at the 'auto-attendent' setup but it looks like this is more 'global' in that you can put it on the primary number but not individual extensions.

Any help would be appreciated.
