How do i disable the internet mail box of the user not the interal mail so the user cannot send or recieve mail from outside?

It depends on whether you want to do this for all users or just for some users. If for all users, just disable the Internet Mail Service.

If just for some users, first go into Exchange Administrator and eliminate their Internet e-mail address - this will stop inbound mail from the Internet.

To stop outbound mail, highlight Connections, then Internet Mail Service, Delivery Restrictions tab, and enter the user's account in the Reject From box on the right. Or if there are very few who should be able to send Internet e-mail, use the Accept From box on the left and enter only those users authorized to send mail to the Internet.
